Smoked and cured Ham. Enjoy this delicious Juicy ham which is hand rubbed with our blend consisting of sea salt, turbinado sugar, paprika and other spices. They are injected with our all-natural brine, and then cure for several days. They are then smoked with real Hickory wood. We only use Celery juice powder for our curing agent instead of sodium nitrite.
Our pigs enjoy rooting for food, and grazing off land. Being out in the sunshine and fresh air is good for the animals and produces excellent meat. We practice rotational grazing and environmentally sustainable practice with no hormones, or chemicals, or routine medications. Each one of our animals are raised on a pasture based, beyond organic, local farm to market model that heals the land, heals the food, and heals the culture one bite at a time.
