Jowl Bacon from our pasture raised pigs. 0.7-0.9 lb packages. Cured with celery juice powder, sea salt, turbinado sugar, paprika and other spices and then smoked with real Hickory wood. We only use Celery juice powder for our curing agent instead of sodium nitrite.
This product comes packaged frozen and uncooked.
Our pigs enjoy rooting for food and grazing off land. Being out in the sunshine and fresh air is good for the animals and produces excellent meat. We practice rotational grazing and environmentally sustainable practice with no hormones, or chemicals, or routine medications. Each one of our animals are raised on a pasture based, beyond organic, local farm to market model that heals the land, heals the food, and heals the culture one bite at a time.
