Our beef is raised by rotational grazing and environmentally sustainable practice with no hormones, or chemicals. While finishing on grass takes longer for the cow to reach butcher weight, we believe it is the most healthy way for both cow and consumer. Our cows are not feed-lot stock and we are proud of the quality meat from them. Our beef are raised on a pasture based, beyond organic, local farm to market model that heals the land, heals the food, and heals the culture one bite at a time.
