Pork ham Hocks. 2-3lbs Cured with celery juice powder, sea salt, turbinado sugar, paprika and other spices and then smoked with real Hickory wood. We only use Celery juice powder for our curing agent instead of sodium nitrite.
This product comes frozen and uncooked.
